This position organizes, coordinates or provides oversight for various projects and functional areas in the ambulatory environment including Internal Medicine physician support, assisting in oversight of multiple practice site operations and special projects management. This includes centralized processes such as Rx refill service, transcription support. Serves as liaison to Hospital HIM and lead EHR on-site coordinator. Facilitates physician onboarding process. Provides support for expenditure tracking. Provides support to Internal Medicine Management Team and practice including, but not limited, scheduling and coordination of meetings, coordinating priorities throughout the day, payroll, ordering equipment and supplies, and transcription of meetings. Performs independent and collaborative as needed.
Under the direction of the Internal Medicine Clinic Manager.
Minimum Education:â¢High School graduate or equivalent.Minimum Experience/Knowledge:â¢1-2 years administrative operations experience in an outpatient setting.⢠Knowledge of EHR, financial systems (Lawson, Kronos, Kuali, etc.). Required License/Certification:â¢Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date. The hourly rate range for this position is $60,320.00 - $94,020.00.
