The Associate Dean of Admissions for Diversity Outreach and Recruitment supports Carleton’s diversity goals by providing leadership in communicating to, recruiting, and enrolling underrepresented students, including students who are first-generation and low-income. In supervising the members of the Access and Diversity Team in the Admissions Office, the Associate Dean of Admissions collaborates with the Vice President and Dean and Senior Associate Dean and Director of Admissions to strategize, design, and execute critical outreach, recruitment, and yield programs to support underrepresented students and their families.
