The Communication and Social Media Specialist is part of an integrated Marketing and Communication division that leads promotional and internal communication initiatives for both Augsburg University and Luther Seminary. This person will work with staff who may be employees of either Augsburg or Luther. As a member of a small communication team within the larger division, the specialist works with both internal and external audiences across a variety of communication activities, with a major focus on social media. This position plays a key role in managing the reputation and advancing the goals of each institution by identifying and uplifting compelling stories; developing original social and editorial content for owned media vehicles (including web, social media, and print);
