The Securities Services Client Technology Relationship Manager (TRM) is a senior experienced member of unit and as such is responsible for both the successful delivery of his or her own Citi institutional client technology relationships and also assisting other APAC TRM PM members is their coverage of key clients. In owning the Technology aspects of an Institutional client's servicing, the senior member will provide regular governance presentations to both regional and global Technology heads. This requires comfort is communicating status, highlighting risk/issues which should come from the candidate's past project experience and deep exposure to Technology.
