This person will strive to create and maintain personal connections with students and the college community.    They must be a friendly, enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic who contributes to Genesee's supportive community, dedicated to effective innovative strategies for student success.  Must demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion as well as the ability to establish and maintain a positive learning environment.  Incumbent must be mindful of and develop solutions that can accommodate all individuals to use GCC facilities without barriers, both digitally and physically.

Master's Degree in the subject area is required.  Teaching experience in a community college is preferred.  Incumbent will be required to instruct on the Batavia campus (as position is not remote).
