Responsibilities: Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Ensures all activities conducted are following governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Review the applicable regulatory requirements and controls within the existing regulatory and control libraries to ensure the controls are documented in line with required programme standards and are suitably designed (or enhance as required) to meet the relevant regulatory obligations.
