As Barclays Risk Controls Execution and Oversight Senior Manager you will partner with our Risk colleagues and help manage the change work that is required to align Risk to the Barclays Controls Framework. This will be achieved by using your subject matter expertise to dynamically find gaps within the control framework and by finding solutions to fill those gaps through creating controls, ensuring compliance with policy, and improving processes.
