As Barclays Training, Testing and Risk Assessment manager you will produce and manage 1LOD Financial Crime ('FC') training, education and controls testing for Business Banking. You are responsible for monitoring assurance testing and overall control management across Financial Crime. You will report and asses on the effectiveness of FC controls, as well as developing a pipeline of training and communications activity aligned to our risks, delivering FC training and education to colleagues across the business.
