Overview
Provide strategic and operational oversight for the NYU Dentistry Translational Research Center and NYU Oral Cancer Center. Primary responsibilities of this position include: (1) supervise all clinical and clinical research operations housed in the NYU Translational Research Center and NYU Oral Cancer Center; (2) develop and ensure adherence to research study protocols, operational policies and procedures, and regulatory guidelines; (3) develop, enhance, and ensure integrity of all clinical research data; (4) develop and supervise full time research staff; and, (5) oversee financial management of clinical research studies
Responsibilities
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education: Master's Degree Masters of Science, clinical research or relevant biomedical sciences
Required Experience: 7+ years in clinical research management; experience in supervising research personnel in an academic or research environment.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, written, organizational, project management and problem solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population at all levels. Proficiency in Windows-based computer software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; as well as databases. Knowledge of clinical and research-based systems including Research Navigator, Redcap Database, Axium, Epic.

Qualifications
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $105,000.00 to USD $155,000.00.
