Team: Global Alternatives Specialists, Client Coverage Division and Product Division
The DWS Executive Board has reorganized the Front Office to create three pillars, Investments, Products and Clients. Each is organized as a division. The Client Coverage Division (CCD) is at the forefront of business growth through its interactions with global clients covering sales, distribution, and client service. The Product Division (PD) is the product owner across the Front Office and is responsible for all project strategy, development and product management and is driving innovation in how we offer solutions to clients.
The Global Alternatives Specialists operate as a sub-division across both CCD and PD and collaborates closely with the Investment Division (ID). It is a global team of professionals based in 11 offices across 10 countries across all 3 regions and currently stands at a strength of ca. 65 staff. DWS offers a range of solutions and products across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity and Private Debt.
The Global Alternatives Specialists team comprises dedicated sales and investor relations specialists, product specialists, product developers and product managers.
You will be part of Product Management Illiquid team in the Global Alternatives Specialists. The position will be based in Frankfurt in the Product Division reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Illiquid. This includes amongst others managing product events and adapting existing products as well as contributing to the creation of new products. Whilst working closely with colleagues in the Global Alternatives Specialists (both Alternatives Specialists and Product Development Illiquid), the Investment Division and Coverage Division, the Product Management function also acts as an interface to our Illiquid Operations and other support functions (in particular: Legal, Compliance, Risk) to ensure a smooth, high-quality and efficient processing of our products, including maintenance of all product related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Alternatives products across the products' entire life cycle, with a primary focus on managing and monitoring the on-going product life phase
Acting as a point of contact for the Alternatives organization across the product life cycle
Maintaining stakeholder relationships in Alternatives as well as the broader DWS organization
Managing processes related to product events and coordinating adjustments to product-related documents (e.g., product prospectus), coordination of fund ratings process, etc.
Supporting product publications as well as internal and external communications
Management and on-going maintenance of DWS product databases
Managing and overseeing internal and external service providers
Essential Skills
Extensive experience in product management of Alternatives products
Excellent project management, analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and deliver projects on time in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Results-oriented self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as a team member
Ability to build strong relationships with a range of teams and individuals and influence outcomes
Solution driven, creative and use of initiative to propose new, practical strategies/solutions
An open mind to embracing new challenges coupled with a strong sense of commitment and a pro-active approach to self-development
Education / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with Alternative asset classes
CAIA, CFA and ESG qualifications would be an asset
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.

Begleitung von Prozessen im Zusammenhang mit Produkt??nderungen und Koordination der Anpassungen in der Product-relevanten Dokumentation (z.B. Prospektus), Begleitung von externen Produktbewertungen wie z.B. Ratings
Unterst??tzung bei Produktpublikationen sowie bei interner und externer Kommunikation
Steuerung und Betreuung der DWS Produktdatenbank

Sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS Office-Produkten (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
