Job Description:
At Regions, the Salesforce Administrator supports the line of business including the Commercial Banking, Real Consumer Banking, Estate Banking, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management business groups as well as product partners such as Treasury Management and Capital Markets. This position drives efficiencies for the sales teams in conjunction with supporting executive management reporting initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
Manages daily administration and support of the Salesforce Sales Cloud including but not limited to managing profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, sharing rules, page layouts, validation rules, Process Builder, and Visual Workflow
Serves as the liaison to the Salesforce user business groups to collect business requirements, design project plans, and ensure the application is meeting end-user needs
Provides procedural and technical guidance to the Salesforce analysts as well as assigns tasks to assist with project completion
Stays up to date on technology trends, Salesforce application functionality, and roadmaps in order to provide best practices for process improvements
Creates and maintains documentation on processes and application configuration
Coordinates with Technology team to complete tasks such as triggers, apex coding, and VisualForce page development
Works under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Five (5) years of Salesforce administration experience
Experience with Salesforce customization including but not limited to security controls, creating profiles, roles, record types, page layouts, Process Builder, workflows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards
Experience in an agile methodology development environment
Experience with third party implementation vendors
Experience with implementing Salesforce App Exchange products
Certifications/Licensures
Salesforce Administrator certification
Preferences
Salesforce 1 Mobile App experience
Prior experience in the financial services industry

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
