As a Barclays Financing Structurer, you will have the opportunity to focus on developing, executing, and managing unique structures for the Fixed Income and Equity Financing businesses along with other areas of the firm. As the primary point of contact for trading, sales, legal and other internal infrastructure groups, your work will be driven by changes in regulations and/or accounting rules, operational constraints, or legal jurisdiction.

What will you be doing?
??? Developing innovative financing products that meet the client and firm objectives of liquidity, capital and risk ??? Negotiating financing trades with external clients ??? Analyzing data pertaining to existing and historical trades, and presenting the same internally to further team goals ??? Working closely with infrastructure areas including treasury, risk, accounting, and operations to vet structures ??? Keeping up to date with relevant global regulations and how they impact the business including changing regulatory, accounting, tax and legal guidelines ??? Partnering with sales and trading across desks and regions to develop, market, execute and manage products on an ongoing basis ??? Negotiating legal agreements with clients and preparing term sheets ??? Acting as general desk support and day to day contact for operations and other infrastructure groups to ensure seamless day to day execution for traders and clients
What we're looking for:
??? Bachelor's degree with over two years of related experience ??? Proficiency with Excel, Tableau and Python ??? Must be comfortable in a high-volume flow trading environment
