Responsibilities
The Systems Integration Manager leads a team responsible for managing the SDLC of all interoperability requests for Systems Integration at UC Davis Health includes managing governance, staff, project tracking and status reporting through the request, documentation, analysis, development, testing and implementation of new and existing integrations. Ensures all appropriate documentation is complete, works to assign staff to projects and works with customers on new request prioritization and governance. Managing the inventory of requests/incidents/projects and ensures accurate and timely updates in Service Now, works to provide timely status updates and escalations and ensures continuity with customers and other IT Teams.
Required Qualifications

Epic Certification (current or previous) in Bridges
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Information Technology, or similar discipline and/or experience
7+ years of supporting information technology and delivering technology customer service experience in a health care setting
5+ years working in a supervisory role in an IT setting - supporting management of EHR integration technologies
Experience managing analytical and technical staff in the implementation of new or updating of existing healthcare systems integration projects.
Specific experience managing analysts and the implementation of EHR, Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Device and Business Systems Integrations (HBS, Lawson, Peoplesoft) is highly desired.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in at least two other Epic application modules, one of which must be Epic Bridges with a preference towards InterConnect/Care Everywhere, Resolute, Cadence, Beaker, Willow, Radiant - PMP desired
Substantial experience with Project Management Methodology, having led multiple concurrent projects through all phases of the project life cycle, conception, procurement. planning, analysis, design, build, testing, training, deployment, and support hand-off
Specific experience demonstrating strong leadership skills in setting direction, managing change, and skillfully working through constant challenges associated with project leadership
Outstanding collaboration skills, able to work with many different groups (hospital departments, IT groups and vendors) to solve problems and develop technical, application and workflow solutions to meet the data integration needs of a wide variety of customers.
Knowledge and experience working with healthcare specific business and clinical applications and integration concepts within a dynamic healthcare environment
Able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment. Ability to balance multiple activities simultaneously in a highly effective manner while meeting activity deliverables and deadlines.
Possesses the ability to communicate project details and objectives to managers and analysts.
