Ohio Wesleyan University is a selective, private, undergraduate liberal art, residential institution founded in 1842 and located just 20 miles north of Columbus, is seeking candidates for the position of Administrative Manager. This is an hourly, Part time position.

DEC OWU is a resource and asset to the entire Delaware region including the OWU campus, City of Delaware, and Delaware County. DEC OWU serves as the lynchpin of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, providing a shared launching point for the growing number of entrepreneurs in the area. OWU students, faculty, and staff interact daily with Delaware community founders and business leaders at DEC OWU, developing the mindset and knowledge base focused on creating unique solutions to problems and opportunities that change the world. DEC OWU is a joint partnership between OWU, City of Delaware, and Delaware County.
Job Summary:
Administrative Manager: this position provides on-site coordination, structure, and member relations at Delaware Entrepreneurial Center at OWU (DEC OWU). The Administrative Manager will support the Director by leading center logistic activities, executing exemplary member/customer service, managing ongoing projects, and assisting with Advisory Board needs. The Administrative Manager will maintain proper tracking systems and documents related to members and student entrepreneurs working in DEC OWU.
Due to the nature of DEC OWU, occasional evening and weekend hours may be required.
Responsibilities and duties:
Participates in all phases of the following tasks from idea generation to implementation, evaluation and result reporting.
Provide exceptional member service and member relationship building
Manage community partner intern’s reimbursement program
Maintain DEC OWU Scheduling
Manage and maintain member and student entrepreneur related documents and metrics
Assist in New Member logistics
