Job Summary:
This position is with the Evaluation Center housed within the College of Education at the University of Kentucky and working closely with the KY Center for Statistics. The Evaluation Specialist leads both independent and team-supported evaluation projects, taking the lead on designing evaluation studies, collecting data, analyzing data, engaging stakeholders, and producing oral and written communications. Additional responsibilities include leading and assisting in developing grant and/or other funding proposals with stakeholders including project management, project monitoring, consultations, and strategic initiatives.
Skills /Knowledge/Abilities:
Quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies and software; evaluation methodologies; survey development

Preferred Education/Experience:
PhD in Educational Science, Higher Education, or similar field; experience with leading multiple projects with overlapping and competing deadlines; experience with data analysis and report writing.
