Ecampus is seeking an Assistant Director of Corporate Education. This is a full-time (1.0FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position.

The assistant director of corporate education is a member of the corporate education (CE) unit within the division of Ecampus. This position reports to the director of corporate education and assists in managing a portfolio of corporate relationships central to increasing the number of OSU students who are being offered tuition assistance by their employer. This position will specialize in corporate relationship management and be able to work both independently and in diverse collaborative teams.
The Assistant Director will:
Serve as the primary lead with the liaison for assigned corporate agreements regarding tuition benefit plans for employee education
Work directly with corporate collaborators to implement, operate, and deliver on business goals
Leverage leadership and strategic communication skills to raise awareness of Oregon State Ecampus within assigned corporate organizations and their employees to differentiate OSU from other providers
Develop and refine mechanisms to understand assigned collaborators' needs, gaps, and opportunities
Collaborate with Ecampus teams on communications, processes, and policies to achieve enrollment goals, serving as corporate education lead for Ecampus marketing and enrollment services, and student success units.

Typically requires Bachelor's Degree in related field to work assigned. Experience developing and engaging in strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other field relevant to the position AND three years of professional experience managing internal and/or external relationships.
Experience with at least one of the following functions: marketing, recruitment, or customer service.
Willingness to travel to engage in person with corporate collaborators and at recruitment fairs.
Experience bringing people together around a shared vision and leveraging ideas into action.
Demonstrated excellence in written, digital, and oral communication skills.
Client management and communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.
A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity.
This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a criminal history check and be determined to be position qualified as per OSU Standard 576-055-0000 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in youth programs may have additional criminal history checks every 24 months.
