Summary: As the lead product manager, lead all day-to-day analytic product development and maintenance activities by working with hospitals, staff, medical director, committees, and others to ensure high-quality, clinically-focused analytic products for participating hospitals. This role provides comprehensive project management, via Agile/Waterfall hybrid model, and operational support for all TQIP core benchmarking products, including semi-annual reports across 4 product lines, web-based data applications, and all related companion activities such as Coaching and Case Studies. This work entails guiding the progress of reports through analytic cycles, maintaining the analytic specifications for analytic products, change management and documentation, establishing standard operating procedures, maximizing customer experience and product usability, and strategizing among statistical staff, program staff, and external clinical experts.
This exempt position will report to the Senior Manager, Data and Report Operations in the Division of Research and Optimal Patient Care. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote.
Required Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university is required.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in a similar product management role is required.
Strong project management skills and experience required; PMP or CAPM a plus.
Research experience and/or experience working with data, especially clinical data, is highly preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
