Your key responsibilities
In your role as Senior Consultant, you will work on integrations, carve-outs, corporate restructuring and other types of M&A transactional engagements in project teams directly with our clients
You will be exposed to a variety of industries (e.g. lifescience, automotive, industrial products, etc.) and functional areas (e.g. finance, supply chain, HR, IT, legal, etc.)
You will be working on a wide range of strategy and M&A transactions topics (e.g. exit readiness, synergy assessment, IT / operational due diligence, operating model design, integration blueprint design, legal entity setup, day 1 and 100 readiness, transitional service agreement (TSA), etc.)
You will play a key role in gathering / analyzing information and communicating recommendations
You will compile and present information verbally, visually and in writing
You will implement and execute client recommendation in collaboration with the project teams to fulfill project goals
You will help maintain professional relationship with our clients at appropriate levels
You will help build an open and inclusive work environment

Skills and attributes for success ??
To qualify for the role you must have
A degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field with top grades
At least 3 -5 years of applicable industry and/or consulting work experience
Studies, internships or interest in topics concerning an M&A deal lifecycle
Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional or extracurricular setting
Sharp analytical thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing, in English and in at least 2 languages among German, French and Italian
Ability and willingness to travel
Readiness to learn and develop new skills
