Revenue Cycle Compliance- Provider Enrollment is currently seeking a Business Analyst who will work with leadership to develop, update, and maintain Provider Enrollment Compliance data and metrics through technology solutions to improve operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology, EDI transactions.
System Master file oversight, change management, and optimization
Process development and documentation
Analyze issues to isolate specific problematic component(s)
Provide quantitative analysis in order to identify business opportunities and problems
Partner in the development of business case and business requirements documentation
Prepare and maintain documentation that defines operational procedures, describes client requirements, and shares relevant analysis outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
Solve problems and make decisions at the strategic and tactical levels
Assist leadership in developing best practices
Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the EDI processes.
Perform routine and ad hoc analysis of various facets of EDI processing including but not limited to system performance, data mapping, and file transaction volume.
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects
Previous experience in developing project and implementation plans
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or another business-related field; or equivalent experience (desired)
Senior Level
5-8 yrs of professional experience
Intermediate Level
2-5 yrs of professional experience
Professional and/or Institutional billing experience
Payer experience or expert payer knowledge
