Starting Salary: $90,000 - $96,000 depending on qualifications
The Information Systems department at the Minneapolis Institute of Art (Mia) seeks an Application & Integrations Administrator to manage the institution’s Salesforce and Netsuite environments and to facilitate integrations between these and other institutional databases and systems.

The Job
The Applications & Integrations Analyst serves as an integral part of the Information Systems department and broader functional technology teams, serving as subject matter expert and primary administrator for the museum’s enterprise applications, most importantly Salesforce CRM and Oracle NetSuite.
This position partners with other members of the Information Systems team, institutional leadership, and stakeholders throughout the organization to plan, implement, maintain, and support Mia’s enterprise application systems and their integrations. This includes account management, process consulting & implementation, system monitoring and updates, information security, API management, and user enablement & training.
In this role, you will….
Serve as subject matter expert and primary manager/administrator for Mia’s Netsuite and Salesforce environments.
Partner with IS staff and stakeholders to support and manage Netsuite, Salesforce, and auxiliary applications and systems such as Ticketure, Square & other Point-of-Sale systems, and HRIS tools.
Develop and support integrations between Netsuite, Salesforce, and other institutional applications and databases.
Assist with the development and support of institutional reporting tools.
Provide consultation and collaborative development and support for enterprise systems in support of Mia’s mission and goals.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment through cooperation, collaboration, and outreach.

Specific Requirements
Education:
A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. An Associate’s (A.A., A.S.) or baccalaureate (B.A., B.F.A., B.S.) is preferred.
Certifications relevant to the requirements of this position are desirable, but not required.
Experience:
3 years in a similar role is required. 5+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
Experience providing consultation, planning, and project management support for technical projects is preferred.
Experience working collaboratively with vendors to install, manage, and support enterprise technology is preferred.
Experience in customer service or client support is highly desirable.
Work in a museum, education, or nonprofit environment is desirable.
Technical proficiencies:
Salesforce (or other CRM) consulting, support & administration
Netsuite (or other ERP) support and administration
APIs and systems integrations
Javascript or similar programming language
SQL databases & query language
Account provisioning/account management
Point-of-Sale systems (Stripe) and associated software and hardware
Data governance
Project management tools such as Asana
Security & privacy
Professional and interpersonal proficiencies:
