General Description: Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the President of the University, this role provides executive administrative support to the Office of the President. This work involves complex and extensive calendar management, travel arrangements, and logistical coordination for meetings. The president's calendar requires considerable discretion and judgment in prioritizing meeting requests and needs. This position requires the ability to work independently as needed and to also collaborate with individuals across the university including, but not limited to, other executive assistants, administrative assistants, vice presidents, deans, board members, etc. This person must actively and successfully collaborate with others, understanding who key stakeholders
