We are seeking a Research Program Coordinator. The Research Program Coordinator will work across two teams that focus on developing trainings related to vaccine communication, vaccine hesitancy, and misinformation. The Research Program Coordinator will serve as a critical member of each team and will work closely with other team members, including the Principal Investigator, project manager, education training manager, and project coordinator.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the development of trainings (including the development of videos and other interactive products).
Assist with IRB application processes.
Develop survey instruments and in-depth interview instruments.
Assist with dissemination of the training and results of the studies.
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Master's Degree in public health.
Experience in development of trainings, adult learning methodologies, and evaluating trainings.
Knowledge related to vaccine hesitancy and misinformation.

JHU Equivalency Formula: 30 undergraduate degree credits (semester hours) or 18 graduate degree credits may substitute for one year of experience.
