1. Manages the production of computer-generated audio and video projects. 2. Teaches accredited classes pertinent to digital imaging for user departments. 3. Develops a curriculum for digital imaging at the DMCA consisting of a series of related workshops. 4. Provides leadership in the design, implementation and management of digital imaging technologies and their innovative application in teaching, learning and creative practice. 5. Provides training and supervision to users in the operation of facility resources and implementation of policies and procedures. 6. Responsible for the projection and deployment of the DMCA budget dedicated to the acquisition of graphics and imaging technology. 7. Researches, analyzes, and evaluates complex technical issues and independently implements appropriate solutions. 8. Tracks industry developments and recommends the purchase of new and/or updated technologies. 9. May perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in video production, digital media, film, or related field required. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in digital video/audio filming, production, and editing; demonstrated track record in creative execution and management is required.
