Job Description:
The Manager Media Production for the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT) supports and delivers course offerings across modalities including online. The position will manage a team in production of live, recorded, and interactive online courses and special events, as well as, equipment set-up, testing, and verification.
Responsibilities
Manages the course capture technology, process support, and faculty/staff support
Oversees the production, operations, maintenance, safety, and security of the facilities and equipment
Develops, implements, and manages protocols, standard operating procedures, trainings, and inspections
Ensures compliance with regulations, standards, and policies
Performs data collection and analysis
Ensures good customer service
Identifies and researches emerging trends and leads innovation in the classroom
