University Advancement's USC Alumni Association is seeking a collaborative and enterprising professional for the position of Manager of Regional and Engagement Programs. The Manager is responsible for working closely with a variety of volunteers and regional volunteer committees to conceptualize and produce successful alumni engagement programs in an assigned portfolio of regional programs.
The position reports to the Director of Regional and Engagement Programs and works closely with the team members across the Alumni Association to fulfill the mission of engaging USC alumni lifelong and worldwide.
The job requires regular evening and weekend work, domestic travel and related skills include budgeting, marketing, event planning, project management and volunteer management.
Primary duties also include coordinating the administrative, logistical, financial, marketing and communications aspects of regional programs and events.
Job Accountabilities:
Responsible for identifying, cultivating, managing, and stewarding volunteers on an ongoing basis.
Coordinates the marketing and administrative processes for annual regional programs such as Alumni Day of SCervice and Game Watch Parties, and serves as the staff liaison for volunteer recruitment and management to ensure alumni are able to connect with their local Trojan Family.
Contributes to the development of department's operating budget(s) and manages the budget for assigned regional projects/events and annual programs.
Coordinates between vendors and members of the Finance Team to fulfill contracts and executes event and program logistics as needed.
Coordinates appropriate use of university and/or department logos, emblems, and indicia for assigned regional programs and alumni volunteers.
Provides administrative support for the Engagement Team as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. The University reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

The annual base salary for this position is $70,000.
