As a Barclays Workforce Analyst, you will support our operational partners by providing services related to incident and workforce management. You will be primarily responsible for monitoring real-time staffing & service levels, skilling updates as needed, incident management, and same-day schedule adjustments. You will monitor the business service level goals and prioritization to successfully achieve these goals, while partnering with Operations and Incident Management teams to resolve systems issues.
