Education Support Services (ESS) provides technical operations for multimedia services for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) in administrative, classroom and event spaces. ESS is comprised of three unique groups; Teaching & Learning, Events & Media Production, and Design and Engineering.The Audiovisual Systems Support Specialist reports to the Audiovisual Systems Support Supervisor and is responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting, support, maintenance, implementation and research and development of audiovisual systems. As the role is critical for day-to-day operations during academic periods, it requires presence on campus.
