Reporting to the Admin Director, Continuous Improvement, the Continuous Improvement Advisor is responsible for knowledge transfer and development of Lean capabilities among front-line staff, managers, and organizational leaders. This includes Lean principles and Lean leader behaviors in addition to general management principles to aid in improved operations. This could take the form of assisting in coordinating and overseeing Enterprise Value Stream Analysis and Rapid Improvement Events; and/or working with one or more unit-based leadership teams in care delivery settings, including hospital/acute care, critical care, ancillary departments, and outpatient settings.
