Position Function: The CRM Systems Manager will serve as an expert in the Enrollment Planning and Management (EPM) division’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. This individual will support the CRM team by providing overall management of the CRM functionality to include applications, document management, inquiry and prospect data uploads, queries and reporting, communication support, event management, user training, and system integrations.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. At least one year of professional IT experience including project management experience, or two years in higher education operations or related field. Strong understanding of the CRM platforms, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, rules, queries, dashboards, and workflows.
Minimum Other: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and on cross-functional teams, creative problem-solving skills, ethical, and trustworthy. Ability to quickly adapt and become familiar with university processes and procedures and quickly establish rapport and confidence among multiple university units and levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technology or business-related program. Experience with the Admissions CRM (Slate). Experience with the ERP SIS solution utilized at Ball State University (Ellucian Banner).
