Under broad supervision from the chair of the Marketing Department, work closely with administration, faculty, and students at the department level to provide diverse and highly responsible administrative and operational support for a dynamic department. Exercise independent judgment and problem-solving skills to coordinate various administrative activities and to plan, execute and manage logistics for major department events; responsible for executing department-level events on-site; assist in the promotion of department events/activities through print and digital channels; monitor event and department budgets; anticipate and prepare materials as needed for courses, correspondence, meetings, etc.; coordinate complex department course/event scheduling; respond to requests for information r
