Provide professional expertise in the execution of print and communication related projects across the enterprise with an emphasis on project management, regulatory documents and communications. Collaborate with business partners and various vendors to generate superior quality and market pricing on brand materials. Provide recommendations to layouts, schedules, and industry expertise as appropriate, while simultaneously driving process improvements and cost efficiencies to projects. May work on complex projects with oversight of leadership.
Responsibilities ???Responsible for organization and delivery of small to medium business as usual print and communication related projects of minimal to moderate complexity. Independently manage projects within framework and utilize company and industry standards, methodologies and tools. Accountable for project communications, risk assessments and contingency planning. Inform leadership with updates and escalate critical issues to leadership.
???Support various intake processes and tools for print and communication projects. Work effectively with business partners, vendors, technology, and project management teams to identify business requirements, schedules, price models, reporting requirements, and controls. Participate in vendor visits to support press checks, assembly checks, and audits. Provide recommendations on pricing, process, and quality, to ensure the appropriate integration and delivery to all projects.
???Manage materials and inventory systems. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of daily fulfillment orders. Resolve issues in a timely manner. Responsible for ensuring all electronic collateral is uploaded into a digital asset management tool and collateral store front. Create cost benefits analysis and models to support business transformation saves/avoids.
???Work on strategic projects and stretch opportunities with assistance from leadership.
Required Qualifications ???Bachelors degree or equivalent
???3 to 5 years relevant experience
???Knowledge in all aspects of print operations, project & process management.
???Some experience in Excel (i.e., formulas, formatting, etc.) & other Microsoft Office Suite programs.
???Effective presentation, written & verbal communications skill.
???Understanding of U.S.P.S regulations.
???Organizational & detail-oriented skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
???Experience using project management tools and digital collaboration tools (i.e., Webex, Zoom, Teams, etc.).
???Accessibility to transportation and ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours to complete complete press checks.
