The Accounting Finance Solutions and Services team provides support, analytics, reporting, project and business solution services across a broad landscape of enterprise applications and service delivery offerings. The Accounting Finance Solutions and Services team support diverse portfolio of applications including but not limited to Infor/Lawson ERP Finance, Informatica, EPSi and other aligned systems enabling finance, contracts, and retail services. The team applies standard-based best practice for their service delivery in project management and software solution services, support, and integration.

Responsibilities As a senior analyst in IT Enterprise Applications, this position is responsible for leading complex business and systems analysis, testing, implementation, and on-going management of key IT initiatives. Initiatives include the assessment and management of projects for the entire Enterprise, this may include both vendor-supported and custom applications. The position may also work on IT projects associated with operational and administrative functions. This position may be eligible for hybrid and/or remote work arrangements.
Required Qualifications Applicants are encouraged to upload license and certification required of the position.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of 3-5 years education and hands on work experience.
- Extensive experience as business analyst participating in large scale IT projects.
- Experience as a lead analyst/tester on large scale IT projects.
- Experience with integrated applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills applied to documenting complex business processes and system requirements. Ability to convey technical information and instructions to all levels of end users and staff in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated experience with process analysis, systems analysis, process architecture, and various SDLC methodologies and practices.
- Knowledge of business operational support including; planning, design, development, implementation, user support and training, maintenance, quality assurance, and system testing and evaluation.
- Strong foundational knowledge of applications and underlying technologies (servers, storage, databases, etc).
- Practiced interpersonal communication skills to clearly and effectively train, support, collaborate, clarify technology situations and resolve problems with a diverse group of end users and key stakeholders at all professional and technical levels.
- Skills to independently conduct research, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of diverse information and prepare analysis and reports in logical format.
- Strong skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Apply advanced problem-solving skills to complex issues, quickly diagnose problems, and develop, test, and implement appropriate and effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Proficient organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and see projects through from inception to completion on schedule.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in documentation and reporting, including the ability to apply metrics, plan and implement testing strategies, collect and analyze performance data, and produce substantive reports and analyses for management use.
- Ability to serve as a highly skilled technical leader and information resource, and to work collaboratively with key personnel and management, providing guidance and recommendations on systems, improvements, upgrades, and industry advances and trends.
Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in finance or Related field
- 5-10 Years working as an accountant or financial analyst
- Experience working with Infor Lawson
- Experience working with an ERP
Special Requirements - May be required to work outside traditional business hours to meet critical needs of the Information Technology division.
- Able to work remotely and utilize standard remote work tools and technology to perform position's responsibilities.
- May be required to attend training specific to the applications supported.
- May be required to work extended and/or flexible hours as needed to meet operational objectives.
- This position may be subject to a criminal background investigation, drug screen, Live Scan fingerprinting, medical evaluation clearance, and functional capacity assessment.
