The Mental Health Technology and Innovation Hub ("Tech Hub") is seeking a Program Manager to assist faculty co-chairs in designing programs that enable faculty, clinicians, and trainees to successfully carry out tech-related and innovative research and clinical projects.

Duties include: * Develop creative and pragmatic strategies for identifying and meeting the needs of our faculty, clinicians, and trainees who implement technology in research and care, including sustainable funding, training, and technology resources. * Lead near-term growth of membership and funding, mid-term financial sustainability, scale and sustainability across local, regional, and national contexts, and ethical industry collaboration in alignment with the missions of the department. * Assist co-chairs of the Tech Hub with carrying out collaborative initiatives with external academic and clinical partners. * Develop new strategies for increasing independent financial sustainability of the Tech Hub. * Plan and coordinate recurring education and training events. * Independently identify/modify standard procedures based on judgment concerning the general goals of a project; select approaches in developing, testing, and evaluating new methods. * Lead or participate in multidisciplinary teams. * Complete project-related administrative and budgetary responsibilities of a limited scope as needed. * Formally supervise and train new staff or students, including hiring, performance management, and related duties, in addition to instruction on techniques and consultation on project work. * Independently lead and direct interdisciplinary projects requiring high levels of functional integration. * Responsible for managing project goals, opportunities, resources, timelines, and metrics. * Responsible for managing public-facing and internal communications (e.g. social media channels and primary email contact for the Tech Hub). * Direct development of an action plan, and estimate requirements for resources, including management, labor, materials, and time required to complete projects. * Responsible for communicating, presenting effectively, and working seamlessly with all project stakeholders: one-on-one, meetings, facilitation, motivating, problem solving, status reporting, conflict management, and delegation. * Develop project schedules, targets, measurements, and accountabilities, as assigned. * Facilitate team meetings and prepare/approve minutes. * Provide leadership in determining, recommending, and implementing improvements to policies/processes; define best practices. * Assist in grant applications.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * 6+ years of experience in leadership, operations, and/or management of an academic program, technology startup, or technology company. * Special consideration may be given to applicants with additional experience or education related to biotech, digital health (especially digital mental health), or healthcare business management. * Experience that can translate to understanding of faculty, clinician, and trainee needs (e.g. grant funding, training, technology resources) at Stanford Psychiatry. * Experience working * Experience with building partnerships in programs within educational institutions and corporations. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills. * Good leadership, diplomacy, judgment, and decision-making skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. * Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED): * 4+ years of experience in leadership, operations, and/or management of an academic program, technology startup, or technology company. * Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities, and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines. * Ability to accomplish goals working through formal and informal channels, with diplomacy and tactfulness. * Demonstrated creativity, problem solving, critical analysis, initiative, judgment and decision-making skills. * Demonstrated ability to develop and meet budget goals. * Demonstrated solid planning and organizational skills. * Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team. * Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. * Strong relevant subject matter knowledge. * Ability to direct the work of others, for jobs requiring supervision.
