The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), the official governing body of college tennis, is seeking a talented and versatile individual to serve in the role of Digital Media Manager. This is an exciting and critically important time for college tennis and the ITA in the fast-paced and ever-changing worlds of higher education and intercollegiate athletics.
Reporting directly to the ITA Managing Director of Communications and External Engagement: Serve as the lead videographer for the ITA, Produce and edit video features, highlights, interviews, and other on-demand content for the ITA website and other outlets (including ITA social media channels, ITA YouTube page, Possible ITA/USTA college television show), Provide video coverage (ITA Championships, ITA Coaches Convention, ITA Awards, Community Service projects and Other assigned projects), Utilize existing in-house resources for video content, and procure video content from institutions that will be packaged into ITA-produced features and content, Establish and create a video archival system, Serve as a photographer for the ITA, Shoot and edit photographs (ITA Championships, ITA Coaches Convention, ITA Awards and Other assigned projects), Assist in the management and oversight (ITA PhotoShelter account), Assist in the management and oversight of ITA social media channels (such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn), Assist in the management and oversight of the ITA website, Assist in the editing and production of the ITA College Tennis Coaches Podcast, Serve as an ITA media liaison, Collaborate with media and marketing contacts at ITA allied partners (including, but not limited to, NCAA, and the USTA, USPTA, and PTR – and ITA sponsors/partners, Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Sports Information, Communication,
Journalism, Marketing/PR or a related field and two years athletics communications experience to be considered for Manager title
- Ability to initiate and complete projects independently and with specific deadlines
- Experience managing social media campaigns
- Experience managing various social media channels within a collegiate athletics department or professional organization
- Photography experience required
- Experience with WordPress websites
- Experience with design of both still and motion graphics
- Experience with creation of video content
- Willingness to experiment and bring creativity and innovation to the position
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Strong computer background with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite,
including design-related software, and website content management systems
- Demonstrated experience working with and directing outside vendors including agencies and photographers
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete projects independently and within specific
and sometimes tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with Google applications
- Tennis background or collegiate sports experience, and knowledge highly desirable
