Job Summary:
The Department of Writing, Rhetoric, and Digital Studies (
WRD –
https://wrd.as.uky.edu/) in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY, invites applications for a temporary, non-tenure eligible, full-time instructor for the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 semesters to begin August 1, 2022. The instructor will teach four courses (12 credit hours) per semester. The specific courses will be determined by the Chair of the
WRD Department based on teaching needs.
Applicants should have Master's degree and one year of teaching experience; a PhD is preferred.
Applicants should submit the following: 1) cover letter, 2) curriculum vitae, and 3) evidence of teaching experience, particularly syllabi from courses taught (upload as specific request 1). Provide the names and contact information for three references when prompted in the academic profile.
