As a Barclays Ops Control Analyst, you will be responsible for working with business and technology partners to identify and embed security needs early in lifecycle, and ensure appropriate cyber security assurance is undertaken during development lifecycle. You will also ensure data driven control governance, consistency and the appropriate set up of controls across Global Market Operations. You will investigate and facilitate resolution of process challenges while navigating through consistent change.

What will you be doing? ??? Taking ownership of the Items at Risk process and working with teams within Operations and Finance to ensure timely review and submission of aged breaks
??? Performing monthly analysis for the monthly Balance Sheet governance
??? Partnering with the senior management team to enhance controls to address the gaps identified in the Account Ownership substantiation review
??? Ensuring completeness and accuracy of books and records
??? Identifying enhancement opportunities and developing action plans to streamline the Items at Risk (IaR) reporting process
??? Identify owner for newly created sub ledger accounts and existing sub ledger accounts where ownership is contested on a monthly basis
What we're looking for: ??? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
??? Intermediate/Advanced Experience with Microsoft Excel, comfort managing large data sets and data modelling functions (Pivots table, Conditional/IF formulas)
??? Investment Banking experience (within Operations preferable)
??? Proven Stakeholder Management experience
