Our MBS Content Marketing Intern will play a critical role in strengthening NAM's non-policy programs by increasing perceived member value. The MBS Content Marketing Intern will provide sales enablement, project management, and writing support for our internal sales and marketing teams. Qualified candidates will present excellent communication andwriting skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to understand both the customer perspective and NAM's products. This individual will be able translate rough ideas into compelling marketing and content copy, ideally using strategic thinking to connect themes and opportunities across the organization in a cohesive manner. You Have

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

* 2+ years of coursework or comparable experience in marketing, copywriting, sales or sales enablement.

* Strong application of technical skills and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

* Readiness to learn and use new applications and online platforms.

* Excellent attention to detail, with an eagerness to explore and execute creative solutions.

* Outstanding organizational, communication, time management, and collaboration skills.

* Capacity to deliver results within a deadline-driven and goal-oriented environment.

You Will

* Consistently act as an advocate, strategic thinker, and difference maker for non-policy programs.

* Understand the buyer journey and work with the MBS team to support opportunities for correspondence that advances buyers towards a purchase.

* Partner with marketing firm to draft ad copy to use in various in-house newsletters, emails, and other channels.

* Create powerful videos that are both informative and compelling to support the marketing of NAM programs and products.

* Oversee the content delivery schedule for daily news emails sent via a third-party.

* Collaborate with internal team and program partners to write content for the operations newsletter released 2x/month.

* Leverage data to determine best performing topics, formats, and channels, adjusting upcoming marketing content to maximize impact and increase inbound leads.
