The Center for Digital Health (CDH) is seeking an Education and Events Program Associate (Administrative Associate 3) to implement the vision, strategy, and goals of the CDH by providing administrative and operational support to managing the digital health education and events portfolio. At the CDH, our mission is to be the academic leader in premier digital health science, thought leadership (with industry and stakeholders), and in training the next generation of digital health leaders. As Silicon Valley's collaborative digital health hub, we are focused on three core principles:
Leadership: leading our partners through the digital health life cycle - strategy, ideation, product iteration, validation, and implementation at scale.
Research: conducting novel research as part of a robust infrastructure with interdisciplinary collaborators, ranging from pilot projects to real-world evidence generation to large scale, multi-center trials.
Education: Educating and training the next generation of health technology leaders by sharing knowledge and insights from our community and creating a forum for collaboration

This role will be a hybrid role and is expected to physically be in the office 1-2 days per week.
Primary responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing administration, logistics, and operations for education and events programs organized through Stanford CDH; plans in coordination with internal and outside stakeholders
Coordination and communication internal and external stakeholders
Communication and coordination between outside third party companies, sponsors, professional societies, and other external stakeholders
Drafting correspondence, social media communications, programmatic documents, CDH website
Development and management of budgets
Intake and review of vendor contracts and agreements
Day-to-day administrative management and tracking of CDH activities
General support for the Program Manager

Experience working in academia and/or medical center
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):
Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.
Demonstrated success in following through and completing projects.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
