The Manager of Technology is responsible for all information technology operations, project management, and managing of the technology budget and expenditures throughout the College of Law. Responsible for proactive planning, support and organizing of all IT efforts. Responsible for meeting the changing technology and security needs of the College of Law and its staff, faculty, administration, students and clinical law programs. This position has a dual reporting relationship with the Central IT group and will work to assist with the collaborative efforts of all campus IT initiatives and as well as implement campus initiatives affecting the College of Law.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field plus two years experience working in the field; equivalent education/experience considered. Must have project management experience. Working knowledge of the following necessary: Windows Operating Systems, Mac Operating Systems, Office 365/Microsoft 365 products, networked printers and print servers, general management of antivirus and security tools, cyber security best practices.

Customer service experience desirable. Technical support experience in higher education helpful. Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, JAMF Certified Associate, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or other technical certifications desirable. Experience with the following is helpful: Bomgar/Beyond Trust, Microsoft BI/PowerAutomate, Microsoft SharePoint 365, PowerShell, Mac/UNIX Terminal commands.
