The Multimedia Producer oversees content creation at Home Base, including audio (i.e. - Home Base Nation Podcast), video (Home Base mission at large/programming), and other digital assets (i.e., content creation for social media) that support multimedia at Home Base, a Red Sox Foundation and Mass General program. The Multimedia Producer is a part of the Home Base Team and works with members of the Home Base clinical and non-clinical teams.
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven individual who is passionate about Home Base's mission, and has experience in developing multifaceted digital communications, with both strong production and editing experience and capabilities. The Multimedia Producer is a creative, innovative storyteller who uses audio, video, writing, photos, and other digital assets to highlight the internal programmatic efforts at Home Base, while creating and producing along with Home Base Nation Host / Producer ongoing quality novel conversations and developing unique stories that connect to the mission of Home Base.
This is a highly "hands-on" role that will work collaboratively with the entire Home Base team in a highly visible, fast-paced environment to strategically envision, produce, storyboard, co-write, edit, design, and deploy content for diverse topics, audiences, and vehicles across a variety of audio, video and social channels.

Qualifications PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Relevant activities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee and develop appropriate rhythm for relevant content and assets in cross-purposed and re-purposed fashion for audio, video, and digital mediums.
- Working with the Director of Marketing and Communications and Marketing Communications Manager, assists in production of content that is directly related to marketing and advertising campaigns to carry out the Home Base mission.
- Co-produce all Home Base Nation podcast content.
- Work with the Home Base Nation Podcast Host/Producer to create and execute various strategies to drive engagement, build community, grow status, credibility and ranking of the show, and increase downloads in the process.
- Day-to-day contact for the Home Base Nation Podcast host on all things podcast related
- Build a target contact list of potential Home Base Nation guests and build relationships with agents, managers, etc. to introduce Home Base and schedule interviews
- Work with podcast talent to secure proper approvals and releases
- Provide social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and RallyPoint) by recommending audiences to tag, relevant hashtags, and high-level positioning
- developing new, relevant content to expand awareness of mission, growth of referrals and increase fundraising, in collaboration with social media manager.
- Contribute multimedia content for Home Base's monthly e-newsletter and quarterly direct mailer campaigns (when applicable).
- In collaboration with Marcom colleagues, create and produce content for signature events, and fromevents, with the vision of cross-purposing and re-purposing audio, video, and other digital content.
- Upload podcast episodes to the existing Home Base website.
- Collaborate on content and editing of new website for Home Base: www.homebase.org
- Working in coordination and at the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer, Communicate and collaborate with Mass General Brigham Marketing on various hospital-wide efforts where Home Base can be highlighted from multimedia perspective.
- Participate in strategic planning for relevant Home Base communications.
- Complete other duties assigned by the Marcom Director, Host/Producer of HBN, and Home Base Leadership.
- Participate in professional development when appropriate.
- Prepare and regularly update multimedia progress reports.
- Contribute to maintaining positive office morale, even in the face of high work volume and challenging periods.
- Assist with recruitment activities as needed.
- Take on other office-wide duties at the request of leadership.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: - Tech savvy and experience with digital media production, audio video recording, editing, and production.
- Awareness and experience with all social media channels to support content for Social Media Manager/other.
- Ability to think strategically and manage project timelines involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across teams at Home Base.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience, preferably working with/or for a full-service advertising agency or similar organization.
