ABOUT THE POSITION

The purpose of this position is to supervise personnel in the Office of Admissions, to provide leadership for the daily functions of the department, and to provide management and expertise for the information system modules supporting these functions. The Assistant Director provides leadership for specialized enrollment programs and business partnership groups, oversees the department's web presence, supports the department's communications plan, serves on the Student Affairs Leadership Team, and acts as the Director in their absence. This position must provide complicated, specialized information regarding policies and procedures, as well as exceptional service to external customers in high pressure, high volume situations in compliance with the guidelines, policies, and procedures established by state and federal regulations, Minnesota State, and Normandale Community College's faculty and administration.
