Holy Rosary Healthcare is part of SCL Health, a faith-based, nonprofit healthcare organization that focuses on person-centered care. Our 25-bed acute care hospital, residential living community and clinic provide eastern Montana with comprehensive services in one beautiful location. Holy Rosary has a busy 8 bed emergency department with a broad scope of services. We see approximately 5,000 patients, annually, and are a regional hub for critically ill or injured patients. HRH has walk-in care 7 days per week to increase access to care and appropriate use of ED services.

As a Registered Nurse you know that every day is different, which is why you need to know how to:

• Recognize and address patientsâ™ psychological and physical needs


• Foster continuity and quality of care with the best interest and well-being of patients and their families in mind


• Assess a patientsâ™ medical status upon admission


• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans


• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines


• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs


• Participate in clinical team conferences


• Continually expand your knowledge


• Help improve our facility and safety programs


• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures


• Communicate compassionately and effectively

Your experience.

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• ASN from an accredited program, required


• BSN from an accredited program, preferred


• Current Montana RN license, required


• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association, required


• ACLS certification, required within six (6) months of hire


• TNCC certification, required within one (1) year of hire


• ENPC or PALS certification, required within one (1) year of hire


• CEN certification, encouraged


• At least one (1) year of nursing experience in a comparable setting, preferred
