Provide administrative/operational support for assigned project/program.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Execution of Implementation Plan
- Works with the leads to refine and update the implementation plan, including identifying appropriate metrics and outcomes.
- Creates long- and short-term work plans including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Identifies data needs and appropriate sources.
- Conducts literature reviews and prepare summaries.
- Contributes to the execution of the implementation plan.
- Updates the implementation plan on a regular basis.
- Tracks, documents, and communicates progress in collaboration with the plan evaluators.
- Contributes to continuous quality improvement and activities to facilitate the utilization of data for decision-making.
Project Coordination
- Manages and coordinates all activities, including managing and communicating changes in scope and timelines.
- Serves as the primary contact for internal and external partners.
- Provides support to the committees and workgroups, including developing agendas, materials, summaries.
- Maintains and updates work plans and timelines.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
- Delegates/assigns tasks as appropriate.
- Schedules meetings and events.
- Prepares regular progress reports.
- Assists with planning and execution of events and meetings.
- Supervises students and other staff.
- Collaborates with other strategic plan project managers and identify opportunities to coordinate and leverage efforts and resources.
Assists in other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
- Masterâ™s degree and one year experience in a research/evaluation setting.Â
- Supervisory experience.
- Prior experience in designing and managing projects.
- Experience in developing organizational policies and procedures.
- Experience in the development and/or implementation of strategic plans.
- Strong project management and organization skills.
- Ability to meaningfully engage stakeholders and build relationships.
- Experience with project management tools and applications.
- Demonstrated superior writing and editing skills are required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including faculty, staff, and community organizations.
- Strong analytic skills and the ability to think strategically and programmatically.
- Ability to work independently and exercise outstanding judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a complex organizational environment.
- Effective attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
Required Qualifications
Bachelorsâ™ degree with three years related experience or Masterâ™s and one year of related experience.

Salary Range
$45,800.00 - $75,900.00 / Annually
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
