Assurance Manager, Innovation Development (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Tampa, FL. Help clients redesign, redefine, and redeploy their assurance and/or tax departments to be a strategic asset across the enterprise. Concentrate on assisting clients incorporating their increased automation, machine learning, data & analytics, and open source technologies into their process to deliver better quality output and contribute more strategically to organizational decision making. Develop the right methods that generate insight-based ideas and to select, produce and commercialize the most valuable and viable results. Specialize in software driven innovation strategy, software technology diligence, operating model design, software product planning and management and software architecture and cloud strategy.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Refining requirements, self-identifying solutions and communicating recommendations to the team;
- Managing pattern matching, regex creation and approaches to decompose unstructured text;
- Designing and developing large scale distributed data processing systems/applications or large scale internet systems utilizing Java, Scala, Python, and/or JavaScript etc.; and
- Working with Agile Methodologies and developing code using object oriented design, implementation and maturation to take advantage of the language feature sets.
Travel up to 60% is required.
