Overview Treasury Services Technology is proud to offer a rewarding opportunity for an experienced analyst in the OFAC and AML spaces. The candidate will be a significant contributor to a globally diverse team which is responsible for enhancing and maintaining our Actimize Suspicious Activity Monitor AML system and our Fircosoft and LexisNexis OFAC sanction screening platforms. Challenges will include OFAC screening of client information, AML profiling of financial transactions, configuring, testing, and deploying product enhancements, building new utilities and reports, onboarding new feeds, coordinating deployments, and participating in meetings with business partners and vendors. This highly visible position is critical for the continued success of the company's regulatory and compliance initiatives.
Primary Job Responsibilities Include: ??? Providing AML and OFAC solutions
??? Product ownership, develop roadmaps, help drive projects
??? Manage the daily project backlog for a team of developers
??? Onboard new work streams for screening and profiling
??? Implement regulatory model changes
??? Coordinate the implementation of new product features
??? Deploying product enhancements
??? Delivering new utilities and reports
??? Provide strategic architectural changes
Qualifications: ??? Experience with OFAC and AML regulations and processes
??? Knowledge of Actimize AML products
??? Knowledge of Fircosoft and LexisNexis OFAC products
??? Experience with Linux, Java, Containers, Windows, .NET, Oracle DB, and SQL Server
??? Familiarity with ETL platforms is a plus
??? 5 - 7 years of related IT project management and development experience in a fast-paced financial or securities environment
??? Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
??? Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced degree preferred.
6-12 years of experience in technology and architecture roles required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
Provides architectural design and support services to applications teams and solution/domain architects with respect to business capabilities. Creates redundancy reports and enforces best practices and principles of a capability driven architecture. Is responsible supporting enterprise architects in the PTx process. The business architects may also run or support reimagining engagements for internal and external client. These will include providing reimagining artifacts such as conceptual target state, service design diagrams and support of business cases to name a few. Leverage the business capability model in the PTx process with solution/domain architects to enforce business architectural principles. Run and/or support reimagining business/client engagements to define innovative target state solutions, service design diagrams and help with business cases. Contributes to the achievement of multiple teams' objectives.
