Your day.

As a Supply Chain Receiver, you will need to know how to:

• Ensure that the scanning/linking process and matching of purchase orders to packing slips is timely and accurate.


• Ensure that information in the system is accurate for use by System Office, Finance and Material Management.


• Monitor, problem solve and document lost /misrouted deliveries within the hospital, shipping errors(duplicate, short or wrong shipments), and damaged shipments.


• Monitor and ensure that capital expenditures are tagged, carded and information is passed on to Materials Mgmt. for storage and to Finance for addition to the depreciation schedule.


• Ensure that documentation and tracking of returns are attached to correctly and sent for storage in proper location.


• Respond in a timely and accurate manner to all customer requests.
