What will you be doing? ??? Provide strategy and governance support to Products Technology lead, including oversight of key programs, management presentations and regular periodic updates for senior leadership.
??? Provide Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) support and other ad hoc performance/MI reporting.
??? Provide Solutions Design support to the US Consumer Bank Products Technology team by bringing together Business, Technology, Operations and support functions to rally around critical initiatives.
??? Plan and execute Products technology roadmap using Quarterly planning sessions, periodic updates. Provide support to leads in Platforms Technology and Strategy.
??? Assist on special programs for the US Consumer Bank Technology leadership team. Analyze, research and investigate a wide range of issues on behalf of stakeholders.
??? Develop area strategy and economic decision making ensuring alignment is maintained between the area strategy and initiatives and the agenda by working closely with the Technology leadership team.
??? Deliver initiatives to support execution of strategy, change and the control agenda through the Business, including financial and workforce planning.
??? Act as key contact / point of entry for all data requests, co-ordinate and prioritize ad-hoc initiatives and workload for Products Technology.
What we're looking for: Requires minimum of a Bachelor' s degree or foreign equivalent (will accept three-or four-year degree) in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or closely related field followed by five (5) years of experience in the position offered or as a Business Manager, Portfolio Manager, Project/Program Manager, Finance Manager, or closely related position. Demonstrated experience must include project management, Strategy/governance oversight, business finance management and the following:
??? Managing stakeholder engagements with weekly summary and status reports and timely escalation of urgent/high risk issues and change requests;
??? Utilizing My SQL, MS Access DB and Oracle to analyze historical data and understand trends to support business reporting;
??? Utilizing Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and Adobe to create project timelines, and project maps; Utilizing financial artifacts like technology budgets, actual spends through financial systems like SAP to support the Director and other leaders in the organization construct;
??? Understanding the financial, execution and risk health of major programs and ensure resource mapping and skillset mapping to the initiatives;
??? Supporting leadership team by providing them data points about team health, resource constraints, program and team financial plans by using the financial, workforce and project execution reporting;
??? Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, HP Quality Center, JIRA, and CA Rally to analyze data and requirements; and
??? Work from Whippany, NJ office 25% of the time
