Waynflete seeks to fill the position of Communications Coordinator. This full-time position calls for a wide range of communication, administrative, and creative responsibilities. This is an entry-level position appropriate for individuals with 1–3 years of experience. The position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications and will begin on August 1.

Responsibilities include managing and creating content for the school’s social media channels and website, creating email newsletters, managing relationships with outside vendors, creating event materials, managing the school’s photo archive, and independently executing projects with the school’s divisional and departmental faculty and staff.

Candidates should possess a degree in communications, marketing, or related discipline and demonstrate interpersonal skills required to interact with staff, faculty, students, and families. Candidates should be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with project management tools, Google Workspace, and basic image manipulation. Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, social media management tools, Wordpress, photography, and video editing are helpful assets.
