Under general direction, plans, organizes, directs, monitors, and evaluates the financial accounting work of professional accountants, and/or team performing tasks in accounts payable, voucher issuance, accounts receivable, revenue accounting, general ledger maintenance, grant administration, capital asset tracking, auditing, procurement, and daily cash management. • Produces reports, mid/year-end financial statements, and other statistical reports • Develops and implements policies, procedures, standards • Establishes internal controls, reviews and approves draft revenue and expenditure reports • Annual budget preparation • Responsible for special projects • Oversees the preparation of the annual internal audit plan • Monitors cash flow
