Fiserv is looking for an experienced Director of Product Management for the newly created Fintech segment. The emergence of fintechs, universal banking, digital currencies and mobile-first attitudes requires us to build bridges to modern finance and DeFI across all customer segments. We are seeking a Director of Product Management for our SMB (Small-Medium Banks) and ESF (Enterprise Services Framework) businesses to extend our core solutions to a broader set of financial service ecosystem participants. Success will be achieved by developing close partnerships and collaboration with internal segment and function leaders in the areas of product, technology, strategy, and business development to position Fiserv as leader in banking as a service, payments as a service and cyrpto space.
As a Director, Product Management, you will:
Drive interlock with Product Management teams pan-Fiserv to execute on the Fintech strategy, product roadmap and integration
Leverage business experience and analytical capabilities to identify new business, product, and partner opportunities
Build on the success of designated strategic platforms to expand market share and client base wallet share
Lead partnerships with key organizational stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, etc. to ensure portfolio and business success.
Ensure the continuous improvement of the professional product management function, through investment in the people, process, technology, and measurement surrounding this function.
Engage at the client level with strong communication and presentation skills to interact at all levels of the clients from C-level to technical and operation levels
Basic qualifications for consideration:
Bachelor's degree is required
7+ years of experience in technology/software related product management or financial services Product Management
Experience and proficiency in Product Management standards and practices with particular appreciation for the end to end Product Management discipline.
Deep insight into BaaS or PaaS or Crypto areas either at a payment processor, fintech or bank
Familiarity with BaaS competitive landscape
Experience working in the banking, financial services or fintech industry
Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Expertise with account processing, payment processing and crypto solutions
Experience in Cloud computing, hosting or Cyber security desirable
Experience working in Agile development methodology
Ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver innovative solutions in BaaS domain
Ability to present complex information in a clear, confident, and concise manner to a variety of audiences
Display confidence in preparing and delivering presentations to small and large groups
Outstanding ability to drive and implement change initiatives and execute organizational change management
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Solid thought leadership and the ability to influence others through collaborative efforts
High degree of adaptability/flexibility and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
